A Letter from Our Chief Operating Officer

July 15, 2020

With cases of COVID-19 becoming so common, it is especially important that Five Seasons maintain its ongoing commitment to minimizing the spread of the illness.

After sending out yesterday’s letter, we received news of another case involving a staff camp counselor. The minor is friends with — and socializes off-property with — Five Seasons’ other COVID-19 positive camp counselor. Multiple sources confirm that both counselors followed Five Seasons’ protocols, respected CDC social distancing guidelines, and did not swim in the pool with children.

The infection risk continues to be minimal. (Camp and babysitting services have been suspended since July 15.) We have thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our facility, and are in the process of super chlorinating the pool. (Our pools reopen Saturday, please make a reservation on the Five Seasons’ App. or by calling (859) 341-3687.) We continue to ask everyone to follow CDC guidelines, honor our waiver, travel ban and mask policy, and take steps to protect themselves everywhere and at all times.

Reports say the United States is experiencing a resurgence after the 4th of July holiday due to lax social distancing and fewer people wearing masks. With air quality being what it is and allergies so common, please don’t dismiss or minimize sinus pressure, headaches, or other symptoms. Be sure to advise us if you or your family are experiencing issues.

To provide you with important news, information, and resources, we have been busy building this COVID-19 microsite. Please be patient, we have a lot of great information coming. For now, FiveSeasonsNewsUpdates.com will be COVID-19 specific. A link to the site will be added to the Five Seasons App.

As always, we are keeping open lines of communication, evaluating and re-evaluating our policies, and working to be your best partner for health and wellness.

Thanks for being a part of our family.
